At Heiress Beverly Hills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
